What do I need for my notary appointment?+

Please have the document requiring notarization and a valid form of identification acceptable under California law. The document should be complete and ready for notarization.

Do you offer mobile notary services?+

Yes. Mobile appointments are available at homes, offices, businesses, hospitals, senior living facilities, and other convenient locations throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities.

How much does a notary appointment cost?+

California notarial fees are charged in accordance with state law. Mobile, travel, convenience, waiting, expedited, apostille, translation, printing, courier, shipping, and other applicable service fees are separate. Please visit our Fees page or contact us for a quote.

What is an apostille, and can you help with the process?+

An apostille authenticates certain public documents for use in countries participating in the Hague Apostille Convention. We assist with the apostille process and coordinate the necessary steps for eligible documents.

Do you provide document translation services?+

Yes. Mobile appointments can be arranged at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, senior living residences, and other care settings, subject to facility access and the signer’s ability and willingness to participate in the notarization.
